Return policy

I/ Exchange Policy:

Applicable policy:

  • Each order can only be exchanged once.
  • Products sold at original price can be exchanged for another product at original price, provided that the product is still in stock. In case the exchanged product is of higher price, the customer must pay the difference. We do not refund the excess money in any form.
  • Products discounted up to 30% can be exchanged for size (if available) or follow the regulations of each promotion program. However, it is not supported to exchange for other products.
  • Each product can only be exchanged once.

Conditions for product exchange:

  • Customers can exchange products within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • Products must be in their original condition upon receipt, including retaining all tags and labels.
  • The product must not be damaged.

II/ Return Policy:

Applicable policy:

  • Customers are allowed to return the product in case the product has a manufacturer defect and do not want to exchange for another product.
  • Manufacturer defects include: curvature defects, material defects, tweezer defects, machine failure or unstable operation, product damage during delivery.
  • Refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account.
  • Hani Beauty will cover 100% of the shipping costs for returning the product.
  • Product exchange/return processing time is 10 days from the date of receipt of defective product.

Product return conditions:

  • Customers can return products within 7 days of receipt.

Refund Policy:

  • In case of prepayment, customers will be refunded if the received goods are defective due to manufacturing and there is no need to exchange for another product.
  • Refund period: 7 to 15 days from when Hani Beauty receives the returned goods from the customer. The money will be refunded to the customer’s personal account provided.

III/ Product Exchange/Return Procedure:

For customers purchasing online:

  • Step 1: Contact the online sales channel where you placed your order to register for a product exchange/return.
  • Step 2: Follow the instructions of the support staff.
  • Step 3: Pack the product with gifts (if any) and VAT invoice (if any).
  • Step 4: Send the product to the address: Hani Beauty Company Limited, No. 161 Hoa Lan, Ward 02, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and wait for confirmation from the online sales department.
